1. General provisions
SIT, spol. s r. o. hereby presents the terms and legal restrictions for usage of internet presentation (hereinafter "Terms") at www.sit.cz and at other registered addresses - hereinafter "sites".
These terms shall be binding for all persons intending to use or using the internet sites (hereinafter the "users").
The internet sites www.sit.cz are provided by SIT, spol. s r. o. which, pursuant to the Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright and on other acts related to copyright, and on change of other acts (hereinafter the "Copyright"), is entitled to exercise the property rights to these sites.
2. Usage of the internet sites
It is prohibited to use the sites www.sit.cz otherwise than for the person's own purposes (as a whole as well as a part thereof) unless agreed by the provider. Other usage is subject to the prior consent of the provider in accordance with the Copyright. The access to and the usage of the sites www.sit.cz is free of charge.
Any infringement of the contents or technical properties of the sites is prohibited unless agreed by the provider. The right to change, withdraw or amend any part of the Sites may be assumed solely by the provider.
3. Refusal and restriction of liability
The information available at www.sit.cz are based upon information provided by SIT, spol. s r. o., and the purpose of which is to communicate the product and services portfolio, in particular. The provider shall not be held liable for any damages incurred by the users with respect to the usage of www.sit.cz sites.
The provider gathers some of the information published at the www.sit.cz sites from other sources referred to therein.
Further on, the provider shall not be held liable for the contents of any third parties' internet sites accessible from the www.sit.cz sites.
Moreover, the provider shall not be held liable for any advertisement, or for any other kind of promotion performed by any third person via www.sit.cz sites.
The provider has no liability for the contents of communication carried out between users in certain parts of the internet sites (chat boxes, chat groups), and reserves the right to withdraw any communication containing any information that might be considered as illegal, offensive or otherwise unacceptable.
4. The access to the sites and personal data protection
The provider may subject the access to the www.sit.cz sites to provision of the user's certain personal data in the terms of the Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on personal data protection and on change of other acts, as amended. In this case the provider shall treat such data in compliance with the applicable legal regulations.
5. Disclosure of any data or information at the www.sit.cz sites, with the exception of these terms, has no legal status ushering any legal relations between the provider and the user, unless stipulated otherwise in individual cases.
These Terms may be changed or amended solely by the provider. The terms and legal restrictions for usage of the internet sites www.sit.cz come into force as of the day of their issue.
